Participation in the PHPKB Knowledge Base Software Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities who agree to and comply with these terms.
All prospective affiliates must submit an application. Approval is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Affiliates will earn commissions based on valid referrals in accordance with the commission structure. The details of commission are available on affiliate dashboard of our website. You can access the dashboard once your application is approved.
Referrals must be tracked through the unique affiliate links or tracking mechanisms provided by PHPKB. We are not responsible for commissions on sales that cannot be tracked due to incorrect implementation by the affiliate.
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis via your preferred mode of payment such as Paypal. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Affiliates must not engage in activities that violate our brand integrity, the terms of service of PHPKB, or applicable laws. Prohibited activities include trademark infringement, unsolicited marketing, cookie stuffing, competitor disparagement, violations of privacy laws, content violations, bundling with malware or unwanted software, non-compliance with affiliate program terms. Violation may result in immediate termination from the Program.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to marketing practices, data protection, and anti-spam laws.
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of the PHPKB brand, or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Affiliates may have access to confidential information related to PHPKB knowledge base software. Any disclosure or misuse of confidential information may result in termination and legal action.
PHPKB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates may be notified of changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.
PHPKB may communicate important updates, promotions, and information via email. Affiliates can opt-out of non-essential communications.
By submitting the affiliate application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions specific to the PHPKB Affiliate Program.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
