PHPKB has the facility of "My Articles" which helps to manage articles created by you. Most of the knowledge bases have hundreds of articles and finding your own articles out of those becomes cumbersome. Users have to use many search filters to find their own articles which wastes their lots of time which they can spend on productive activities such as writing a new article or updating an existing article. Own Article Space or My Articles section available in PHPKB knowledge base software makes the things easy for you by displaying all the articles drafted by you at a single place.
Using My Articles in PHPKB Knowledge Base Software
To manage your articles, expand the "Articles" section in left navigation and click on "My Articles" link. This will take you to my articles page (screenshot below) where you can view and manage your articles.
All the operations such as edit, delete, clone, mark featured, reset rating available on "Manage Articles" page are also available here to give you the same experience as of manage area.
