We have recently revised the support subscription rates. Now, the Basic Support Plan costs $75/year (an increase of $10) but does not include the ability to download free updates. Upgrades to new releases are available only in the Premium Support Plan which is priced at $135/year (an increase of $30) now.
Moreover, customers can renew the support subscription till the end of the grace period i.e. 2 months from the date of expiry of the current subscription. After 2 months are over, there is a penalty cost added to the subscription cost where the customer can renew the support subscription for 6 months from the end of the current subscription. For penalty cost, please refer to our Support Policy.
After 6 months are over, the customer cannot renew the support subscription even with the penalty charges.
